CHHS Red Cross Club Event

Martin Oh, Editor

On Saturday, December 9th, 2017 there was a Red Cross “ Free” Children’s Safety Festival event in San Bernardino where the members and officers of the Chino Hills High Red Cross Club came together to participate in the event. The Red Cross Club set up a game booth where there were cups filled with candy, and the kids participating would throw a ping-pong ball and try to make it land in the cup. They received three attempts, and if they got the ping-pong ball into a cup, they would receive the candy inside. Many kids came, and it was a beautiful sight to see the experience and the amazing time that the kids were having as they were playing at other booths other than ours as well. The different booths consisted of Bingo and Face Painting the kids were participating in games that were free, and enjoying an experience which could not be forgotten. The CHHS Red Cross Club continues to serve the community through various events, and one way we did it was to help families in need to experience a glimpse of happiness during the holiday season and for the winter.
