The month of February has been a big month for sports. After the Philadelphia Eagles swept a victory in the annual Super Bowl LI on Sunday, February 4th, the Winter Olympic Games kicked off in the South Korean city of Pyeongchang on February 8th and will end near the end of the month on February 25th. Already, the coming weeks show much promise for the United States athletes who will be participating with athletes from all around the world in competitions of strength and prowess. This year’s Olympics promises to be an unusually special event, because North Korea has sent some athletes down to participate in tandem with South Korean teams to ease the recent tensions between the two countries.
